I just love my Roseville baby playgroup and felt the need to ramble on about how great they are. Today at playgroup, Stacey got up and talked to us about a family's add she saw on Craigslist for a guy in desperate need of a crib and baby bedding. I didn't take it for granted that we could afford all the best things for our new baby, but I couldn't imagine being in such need for those necessities. So, Stacey proposed we all contribute just a little bit so this family could afford to provide a nice place for their new baby to sleep. It was heart wrenching- she cried while telling us about this add, I cried, watching her cry...what a blubbering mess we were. But, what luck for me to have found a group of women & mothers that are so generous, so giving, and so thoughtful. This is the world I was born to live in. I am so thankful to belong to such an awesome group.
There are some things in life that are sent to you from above- this is one of those things.
